One Healthcare ID Support
Please do ONE of the following: add Phone number or set up Passkey or
set up Authenticator.
One Healthcare ID requires you complete one of the following:
Add a Phone Number: The simplest way to
authenticate is by adding a phone number to your One
Healthcare ID.
It takes about 2 minutes. Click to sign in, enter
your One Healthcare ID, and click "Manage My
One Healthcare ID." Click continue, then
enter your password, and add your phone number
in the "Contact Information" section
on that page. Click to verify your phone number.
Create a Pass Key: This integrates with your
computer's security (like Windows Hello). The PIN,
fingerprint, or facial recognition you use to access
your computer can also be used for Optum applications.
Download an Authenticator: Use an authenticator app
on your phone to generate a login token for Optum
applications.
Why This Matters:
Security at Optum is paramount. We need to ensure that
only authorized users can access our applications. This means
verifying that the person using the application is the one who
purchased and was assigned the subscription. This helps prevent
unauthorized access and protects sensitive information, including
passwords.
